The Wedding Heist, Theatre on Foot's latest production, is a crime comedy caper performed by our Tweens and Seniors groups.

The wedding of the year is finally upon us, but not everyone is thrilled to be in attendance. The bride's family are far too posh to socialise with the groom's family, and the groom's family can't understand why everyone is unhappy to have Colin the Caterpillar as the official wedding cake. The venue staff can't wait to put their shift from hell behind them, and the happy couple are nowhere to be seen!

And then enter the thieves. A ragtag group of misfits with their eyes on the jewellery store, the shop next to The White Lion pub; the venue of the wedding party. But will they manage to break in without being seen, or will the wedding party stop squabbling for two seconds to spot there's a heist taking place right under their noses?

This original production, which explores themes of the rich verses the poor and what it means to be a part of a loving family, will be performed inside the main hall at the Lark Lane Community Centre for three performances this March 2022. This is a show you do not want to miss!

Show times:

Saturday 2nd April 2022 @ 6pm

Night Terrors! is an original elevated horror story written by Kane Murray. This promenade performance piece, set in 1941 in the midst of the Liverpool Blitz during WWII, tells the story of the Sleeping Woman who desperately wishes to be reunited with her husband who has left home to fight in the war. As her worry and anxieties increase for his safe return, the Sleeping Woman spends her nighttime hours imagining who are husband's enemies are, and is dragged into a world she may never escape from.

This adventurous production, which explores the power of dreams, will immerse apprehensive audiences into the nightmarish worlds of sinister scarecrows, evil grandmother's, macabre ale houses and more, as they escape reality and enter a world of fear and trepidation.

LOCATION: St. Dunstan's church, Earle Road, Liverpool, L7 6HD

ON ARRIVAL: Please arrive at the church's front main entrance and have your tickets ready to show on either a mobile devised or printed. Doors will open 10 minutes before each performance begins. Apologies, but due to the performance space, this is not a wheelchair-friendly production.
