SUMMER
THEATRE SCHOOL
NEW FOR 2025! Are you aged between 9-17 yrs old and want to take part in a unique show during your summer break?
Do you love to act, make exciting immersive theatre, and meet creative people?
Summer Theatre School is a jam-packed week full of drama games, acting workshops, rehearsals, and most importantly an end-of-week immersive play to perform!
On day one (along with your new castmates) you will be given a main role in our original play, a script, lines to learn, and you will be challenged to rehearse a brand new show from scratch in only 5 days, ready for a LIVE audience on the final day.
Our empty stage will be filled with set, our costume wardrobe raided for the perfect pieces, and we will get to work creating theatre magic just like seasoned professionals.
Your acting teachers will take you through the full process of how to create an awesome show. Together, you will work on characterisation, voice work, physicalisation, accents, blocking, improvisation, script technique, and more, sufficiently preparing you to give the performance of a lifetime for friends, family and members of the public to enjoy.

SUMMER
FILM SCHOOL
Summer Film School (for 12-18 yrs) is all about learning the tricks of the trade in independent movie-making and shooting a short movie for YouTube in just five days.
Together, we develop screenplay ideas in the writers room, operate cameras, lighting and sound equipment, record voice overs, analyse films, and work together as a cast and crew to shoot an epic short movie from scratch - just like the pros.
As well as taking main roles within our films, our actors also take on the roles of Director, Producer, Cinematographer, Sound Recordist, Boom Operator, Continuity Manager, Set Dresser & more to show them what life is like on the other side of the camera, too.
We use equipment used throughout independent cinema, but also encourage our participants to experiment with more affordable tech (camera phones, apps, etc.) so that they feel confident to start making films with their friends and have the know how to create content on the cheap.
Summer Film School is one of our yearly highlights.
